Fresh, seasonable & organic....

We believe that supporting small organic and sustainable farms is vital to our health and to the survival of our planet. When I buy my ingredients from these farms I take comfort in knowing that I am preparing food that has not leached the soil of its nutrients, robbed the planet of its bio-diversity or added to the continued accumulation of pesticides in our lakes and rivers. The seafood used is local or national and never from overseas fisheries. All meat products are also local and always organic.
