The list below of appetizers and tapas is only a partial list but are the most requested and well paired items where the main dish is the paella:

pistachios and a berry sherry vinaigrette
- Caprese Salad- (sliced fresh buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes and basil, seasoned with salt, pepper, and olive oil)
- Avocado gazpacho with crème fraiche and cilantro served chilled in a shot glass

-Gambas al ajillo- (prawns sautéed in garlic and olive oil)
- Patatas Bravas (roasted new potatoes with a spicy tomato based sauce)
- Tortilla Española (similar to a Italian frittata
made with egg, potato, onion. We can and zucchini or chorizo as well. They are cut in 1"
squares and serve with toothpicks. Savory and very
